The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 15 Episode 02 Descriprion
The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 15 continues with more drama and drama as the ladies head to Birmingham for Cynthia Bailey’s one-year anniversary celebration with Mike Hill. Along the way, they stop by DeShawn Snow’s mansion for a catch-up session and visit some historical landmarks related to the civil rights movement.
The episode begins with the aftermath of the confrontation between Kenya Moore and Martell Gilliams, Shereé Whitfield’s new boyfriend who was recently released from prison after serving eight years for fraud. Martell denies sending a DM to another woman while dating Shereé and claims that he sent it two years ago, before he met Shereé. He also insults Kenya by implying that she is promiscuous and unfaithful. Kenya warns Shereé that Martell is a cheater and a liar and that he will do the same to her as he did to his ex-wife.
Meanwhile, Kandi Burruss tries to clear the air with Courtney Rhodes, Shereé’s new friend who accused her of being fake and talking behind her back. Kandi explains that she was just joking about Shereé’s clothing line She by Shereé on Instagram and that she doesn’t have any problem with Courtney. Courtney apologizes for being too animated and says that she respects Kandi as a businesswoman.
The next day, the ladies pack their bags and get ready to go to Birmingham for Cynthia’s party. Along the way, they stop by DeShawn’s mansion for a catch-up session. DeShawn updates them on her life after divorce and shows off her stunning weight loss transformation. She also invites them to join her for a yoga session in her backyard.
At Cynthia’s party, Kim Zolciak-Biermann makes a surprise appearance and reunites with some of her old friends and enemies. She also brings along Lisa Wu, another original housewife who left the show after season 2. Lisa reconnects with some of her former co-stars and shares some secrets from the past.
However, tensions rise when Kim makes some controversial comments that offend Kenya. Kim says that she doesn’t believe in Black Lives Matter and that she thinks all lives matter. She also says that she doesn’t care about gay rights and that she thinks homosexuality is a choice. Kenya calls her out for being racist and homophobic and tells her to shut up.
The episode ends with a preview of the next episode, where the ladies visit some historical landmarks related to the civil rights movement and Kim continues to cause some drama with Kenya.
