When the episode began, Kay Kay chatted with Keenan like she’d already forgotten how much he’d hurt her. Hannah Wright felt disrespected as Kay Kay allowed Keenan to yell at her after she’d been there for her through all the drama at Casa Amor. The Kassy and Leo drama continued and showed no signs of fizzling out any time soon. Kassy claimed she was done holding onto Leo and was ready to give Matia Marcantuoni her all, but later admitted she needs more time on her own to process her emotions.
Meanwhile, things were going very well for Kenzo Ludo and Carmen Kocourek. Kenzo admitted to Keenan that he’s falling for Carmen and wanted to ask her to be his girlfriend. When Carmen got a text telling her she’d be going on her first date with Kenzo, the two went on a romantic kayak trip where he got to ask her to be official, and she excitedly said yes. Meanwhile, the drama also continued between Mike Stark, Hannah Ortega, Destiny Davis, and Isiah “Zay” Harayda.
Mike confided in Leo over the drama when Carmen appeared and demanded she talk to Leo alone. Mike walked off as Carmen grilled Leo, making him feel worse about the situation that he was tired of hearing about. Later, Johnnie confronted Leo over saying that the door is still open for him and Kassy, and gave him an ultimatum. He told her he would give her more of his energy but later on, he changed his mind admitting he couldn’t ignore his feelings for Kassy.

The show features various challenges, dates, recouplings and eliminations that test the islanders’ compatibility and loyalty. The public can vote for their favorite couples or individuals through the Love Island app. The couple that wins the final vote gets to split $100,000.
