Seven remaining bakers face the return of Botanical Week, with three bakes that pay homage to all that’s garden-grown. For the Signature Bake the bakers must prepare Pressed Flower Cookies, featuring an edible flower or herb baked into them. Then the Technical Bake finds the bakers tasked with making Chebakia, Moroccan sweet pastries twisted into roses and fried golden brown. Finally for the Show Stopper, the bakers fool the judges’ eyes with a Botanical Illusion Cake. One green-thumbed baker will earn the Star Baker title and one baker must leave the tent.
