Three bakers return to the Baking Tent for the final bakes of the season to determine who will win The Great Canadian Baking Show! For the Signature Bake, they’ll demonstrate their abilities with choux by taking on the classic Paris Brest with a sweet or savoury filling. The Technical Challenge will see the bakers try their hand at Cassata, a tricky test from Sicily with sponge cake, marzipan, and candied fruit. Then, for the final Show Stopper of the season, the bakers push their skills to the limit with a Garden Party Dessert Centrepiece made of at least three different bakes, fit for a winning announcement. The judges make the final decision and award the ceremonial cake plate to Canada’s best amateur baker.
